Criczo is operated by CODEJUNCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. If something has gone wrong with a booking, a payment or a ground listing, write to us and a person will read it.
This is the address for everything — bookings, refunds, ground listings, payouts and anything about your account or your data. We aim to reply within two working days.
Please include the booking reference shown on your booking, and the date and amount. Those three things let us find the payment with the gateway directly, which is much faster than working backwards from a name.
If money left your account and no booking appeared, it is usually a payment that was taken but not yet confirmed back to us, and it resolves on its own within a few minutes. If it has been longer than that, write to us — do not pay again.
What is refundable and when is set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Once a refund is issued it takes 5–7 working days to reach your account, because that part is the bank's rather than ours. We can give you the bank reference number for the refund if you need to chase it.
If you own or manage a cricket ground or box-cricket turf and want it on Criczo, write to the same address with the ground's name and where it is, and we will take it from there.
